Valentine's Red Wine and Chocolate tasting at Quail's Gate

Yes .. you could have done flowers, or you could have done chocolates, but the really creative and thoughtful of you just might have tried this Valentine's surprise with a difference .. a chocolate and red wine tasting at Quail's Gate. This was a special Valentine's weekend tasting of Quail's Gate Pinot Noir and Stewart Family Reserve Pinot Noir served up with rich Callebaut milk chocolate, and the very special 2007 Fortified Old Vines Vintage Foch in a dark chocolate cup. Now that's just one more great way to make your Sweetheart say mmmmmmm!
