A first for the Snappy Dresser feature. Four people all claiming top spot this month. We nearly missed these four ladies as they arrived at Oranj Dance Studio's Masquerade party at Summerhill Winery. Stunning dresses with matching masks easily stole the show to claim the Snappy Dresser Award for November.
