Laughing Stock Vineyards and Sal's Prime Steakhouse partnered up for a high end wine festival evening. The collaboration created a sumptuous 5 course paired dinner which was hosted by wine makers David and Cynthia Enns. There was a chance to ask questions and learn about BC's wonderful wines from the source but with mouths rarely empty this was kept to a minimum. The wines were paired with dishes created and prepared by Chefs Adam Perrier and Aneeta Shourier. A relaxed and stylish evening and a full house despite the huge array of wine events on offer at this time of year.
