2008 November > Angels in The Night

The spectacular Summerhill Pyramid Estate Winery once again played host to the third annual Kelowna Angels In The Night fundraiser. Invis, Canada's largest mortgage broker, raised over a million dollars nationally in 2007 with just over $22,000 raised in Kelowna and is aiming higher this year. Proceeds from Silent and Live Auctions are used to purchase basic necessities for our Homeless in our local communities, and Kelowna Gospel Mission, Drop in Centre, Womens Shelter and Boys and Girls Club are all recipients. Guests arrived early to enjoy the crooning of local favourite Robert Fine and stayed late to enjoy the yummy hot buffet and exciting auctions. Congratulations to all the 'Angels' who support this much-needed project.
