Wendy's Dreamlift Day
Wendy's Dreamlift Day is truly an amazing 'local' phenomena! The brainchild of Okanagan Franchise Owner John Tietzen, and now in it's 15th year, on this special day each year the salaries of all employees and all gross profits from sales are dedicated to helping make dreams come true for children suffering from severe physical disabilities or life-threatening illness. Through the Sunshine Foundation of Canada, BC Interior Chapter, some of these wonderful kids will get to experience the wonder of an amazing trip to Disneyland! If you want to see our community in action, and witness the generosity of people in the Okanagan, you need look no further than Dreamlift Day!
