The home we are proud to show you is the result of a very gratifying renovation. Barrington Square is a true West Coast Contemporary apartment building built in 1980 and located in Kelowna. Although the exterior is West Coast; the interiors were traditional in style. The last few years, as the apartments change hands and age, the interiors have taken on an exciting transformation, as evidenced by this home renovation for Stu and Helen. We contracted John and Candice Folkins of Folkins Construction to do the work. Compromises always play a part in any renovation and John and his team eagerly stepped up to the plate at every instance.
The entire 1800 square foot unit was completely stripped and reworked by the Jorin Wolf Interior Design team with Stu and Helen’s desire to have a wonderful 'New York' environment in mind.
As you step through the double front doors into the foyer you immediately feel the 'wow factor' and eagerly look forward to the experience of enjoying uptown living. The color scheme was kept to creams, whites, charcoal and black with small touches of lagoon blue and wonderful art pieces from Sopa Fine Arts.
We used stainless lighting and hardware on lami glass doors; lots of surfaces to reflect the outdoors in.
